During your comprehensive, 90 minute evaluation, I will gather a subjective and medical history to provide me with information necessary to best assist you. A full neurological evaluation as it relates to your specific diagnosis and goals will then be performed. Based on this, a detailed and unique treatment plan is created and discussed.
60 minutes of individualized and skilled therapy can be provided either in the comfort of your home, or setting of your choosing. I will bring all necessary equipment and likely will utilize your home or desired environment creatively to address your goals and help restore or maintain function.

$150 for 30 minutes, $200 for 60 minutes
The same thoughtful and skilled evaluation and treatment, but performed over Google Meet (HIPAA compliant).
