Neuro Home Physical Therapy provides expert, one-on-one neurologic care in the comfort of your home throughout Long Island, NY.

After a stroke or neurologic injury, many people feel lost navigating the rehab journey. Rushed appointments, inconsistent care, and limited hands-on attention can leave individuals and families unsure whether meaningful progress is truly possible.

Neurologic recovery requires focused, individualized therapy delivered with time and consistency — something that’s often difficult to achieve in busy, insurance-driven outpatient clinics. Many patients aren’t able to receive the frequency, intensity, or personalized care needed to maximize recovery. Services focused on long-term wellness and maintenance of function are also typically not covered by insurance, despite being essential to quality of life.

Neuro Home PT was created to offer a different model of care — one built around time, expertise, and clinical freedom. I provide dedicated, one-on-one neurologic physical therapy so each client receives the attention they deserve, without insurance dictating treatment length, priorities, or frequency.
